We celebrated a banner year in 2023, especially in areas that affect our industry. Exciting innovations are happening that can improve efficiency, sustainability, and project outcomes. We envision even greater collaboration among contractors, the skilled trades, and architects. With an eye to the future, our board developed a strategic plan to expand momentum, and outlined a blueprint for purpose-driven growth — our “all-in plan” for 2024.
