Drug-Free Partnership
A drug-free jobsite not only increases a contractor's productivity, it also offers a safer and healthier environment to its employees.
The MBA's Substance Abuse Program
As a commitment to safeguarding your health, to providing you a safer workplace, and supplying our customers with the highest quality service possible, the Master Builders' Association of Western Pennsylvania has established a substance abuse testing program (Western Pennsylvania Construction Industry Drug-Free Partnership Program) to prevent the use and/or abuse of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
Your participation in the program is voluntary. However, contractors may opt to require their employees to be active participants in the program. Contractor members of the MBA will require, as a condition of employment, your participation in the program.
