The Revenue Reconciliation Act of 1993 requires the Master Builders’ Association of Western Pennsylvania, Inc. (MBA) to inform members of the amount of 2021 dues allocable to non-deductible lobbying expenses was 34.3%.
Dues to the Master Builders’ Association are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal tax purposes. However, they may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
